Public offer for individuals

1. This document represents the official offer of an individual entrepreneur Alexander Alexandrovich Vasiliev, TIN 211900083204, to conclude a contract for the sale of goods on the conditions set out below.

2. Subject of the agreement: sale of goods through the site www.mangal-v.ru to individuals. Description of goods, prices, methods of payment and delivery are available in the sections "Catalog", "Payment and delivery".

3. By clicking on the "Place an order" button in the order form and paying for an order placed on the website independently, the Buyer expresses his consent to the terms of this agreement.

4. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the order.

5. This agreement enters into force from the moment of placing an order on the website www.mangal-v.ru , and ends upon full performance of obligations by the parties.

6. Payment for the goods confirms the Buyer's consent to receive a check "full settlement" at the time of making a full advance payment for the goods.

7. We ship the goods within 3 (Three) business days from the moment of placing the order - we transfer it to an external delivery service. The goods are delivered across Russia by the CDEK courier service to the CDEK order pick-up point.

8. The choice of the point of issue of CDEK orders is carried out by the Buyer at the time of placing an order for goods on our Site.

9. The courier service CDEK is responsible for the delivery time and the absence of damage to the goods during delivery.

11. When transferring the goods to the Buyer, the representative of the delivery service has the right to demand a document proving the identity of the Buyer in order to counter fraud, and the Buyer undertakes to provide such a document.

12. The buyer agrees to provide the seller with the following personal data:

- surname, name, patronymic (if any);

- contact phone number;

- E-mail address;

13. The Buyer's personal data is used to pay for the order and for delivery and is processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" .

14. When paying with a bank card, the client is directed to the payment service of LLC "ROBOCASSA", INN 5047063929, KPP 771601001, which is responsible for the processing and safety of the bank card data and e-mail address (e-mail) of the client.

15. The parties are responsible for non-performance or improper performance of this agreement in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

16. All disputes and disagreements arising from the performance of obligations by the parties under this agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to eliminate them, the parties have the right to apply for the protection of their interests in court at the location of the seller.

17. The parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under the contract for the duration of the force majeure. Force majeure means extraordinary and insurmountable circumstances under these conditions that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations under this agreement.
These include natural phenomena (earthquakes, floods, fire, etc.), circumstances of public life (military operations, states of emergency, strikes, civil unrest, riots, epidemics, etc.), prohibitive measures of state bodies (prohibition of transportation , currency restrictions, international trade ban sanctions, etc.), lack of electricity and / or computer network failures. During this time, the parties have no mutual claims, and each of the parties assumes its own risk of the consequences of force majeure.

18. SP Vasiliev A.A. has the right to change the offer at its own discretion. Changes come into force from the moment of publication on the site www.mangal-v.ru .
